Following instructions to make Jam Sandwiches. We even made one for the teachers.

Can we build a bridge to hold a pot of pens? Yes we can but we used an awful lot of masking tape!

Number and Woolly Mammoths!

We use cuisenaire to create 2 digit numbers. The children were fantastic at spotting that each teen number had a ten in it.

Using number cards really helped us sort out our answers.

Raining and Pouring

What a wet and soggy but boy what fun we've had. Inspired by the rain children have been creating art work and of course we had to go and splash in the giant puddles! We have also been looking at 2 new texts: 'Rainbow Fish' and 'How to Wash a Wooly Mammoth'. Keep a watch to find out what exciting activities we will be taking part in linked to these.
