This week we have been busy settling back into routines and learning the different expectations of our new classrooms. We have all loved being back with our friends!
This week Lions have been very busy in all areas of the curriculum. In English everyone has completed some super writing about their families and in topic we have been looking at where we live.
In maths we have been focusing on place value and I have been really impressed with everyone! The children have been making numbers using the numicon and dienes and they have been explaining how many tens and ones are in a number. We also had a go at comparing some numbers with the more than (>) and less than (<) symbols. Have a look at some of us in action below..
