Puppets! Puppets! Puppets!

This week the Lions were very lucky as we had the pleasure of having Emma and Megan from the puppet theatre in for 2 days! We spent lots of time on the first day doing some drama and talking about animal habitats. We discussed what would be in each habitat and how they were different. On the second day we spent lots of time making our puppets! Lots of the Lions decided to merge 2 animals together for their puppet.. we had a Merseal (mermaid + seal), a Pual (pug + seal) and a Tricameltop (triceratops + camel)! Everyone worked really hard and thought carefully about the materials they were using. We all had such an amazing time making them and Tigers were super impressed when we showed them what we had made. After we made our puppets we had lots of fun creating puppet shows together!
